We can offer the following transport services – at an additional premium – to most areas of mainland England, Wales and Lowland Scotland:

*Saturday AM Service (Before 12:00)
*Saturday Service (Between 09:00-17:00)
*Next Working Day Service (Between 09:00-17:00)
*Standard 3 Working Day Service

*Please note that our courier will always try their best to adhere to the timings of these services – but on the rare occasion this may not be possible due to extenuating circumstances.

The deadline to place an order for a next working day service is 13:00 the day before. Our warehouse team work on orders right up until our courier arrives, and if we can get your order dispatched – we will do – but to be safe, 13:00 is our latest cut off for orders.

For same day delivery, we advise the order be placed as early as possible on said day, to allow for vehicle availability and the fulfillment of delivery on the same day.

We work with highly reputable national couriers. The main two we use are DX FREIGHT LIMITED & PALL-EX GROUP LTD.

For dedicated vehicles and specialist delivery requirements we have a broad group of haulage companies to call upon.

While for smaller packages we use a variety of couriers including DPD (UK) LIMITED & EVRI.

We also provide goods by direct delivery straight from our manufacturers as required. With this in mind, our manufacturers may use different couriers to the ones that we use.

Many projects have demanding conditions and special requirements for deliveries.

For such works we can offer a variety of solutions including: FORS and flatbed vehicles as well as hiab, tail lift and moffett unloads.

Returns and cancellations are possible, however in the event of this, there may be fees and additional costs incurred to do so. For more information in these types of scenarios, contact us via email or phone.

It is an option to collect your order from us if required and this can be arranged when an order is placed.
